Superdrol is C17-alpha-methylated drostanolone, which allows it to be orally available. Furthermore, similar to drostanolone, the methyl group at the C2-alpha position heightens methyldrostanolone’s resistance to metabolism by the 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzyme in skeletal muscle tissue, which considerably increases the anabolic strength of the steroid. These structural characteristics dramatically increase the anabolic potential of this drug, giving it an anabolic rating of 400. </p>
